What types of shipments do you offer?
We offer both FOB (Free on Board) and CIF (Cost, Insurance, and Freight) shipments, depending on the needs of our clients. This flexibility allows us to accommodate a wide range of shipping preferences and ensure smooth transactions.
What packaging options are available for UCO shipments?
We provide UCO shipments in two packaging options: Flexibags and ISOTanks. Both options are designed to ensure the safe and efficient transport of UCO, tailored to meet the specific requirements of our customers.
What is your current monthly supply capacity?
Our current monthly supply capacity is approximately 200 Metric Tons (MT) of UCO. We are continually working to increase our capacity to meet growing demand in both domestic and international markets.
From which ports do you ship UCO?
We ship UCO from two major ports in Indonesia:
- Tanjung Priok Port in Jakarta
- Dumai Port in Riau
What payment terms do you offer?
Our payment terms are flexible and secure, designed to meet the needs of our international clientele:
- Letter of Credit (L/C): We accept L/Cs to provide secure transactions for both parties.
- Payment at Loading Port: Payment can also be arranged at the port during loading, ensuring a smooth and timely transaction process.
We work closely with Hotels and Entertainment industries.
